We’re building a treehouse. And by we, of course I mean Luke. Maddox decided he had to have a treehouse right now. You know, not during the Summer but a month before it starts snowing. He actually said he would build it himself but since we aim to please and Luke happens to be an extreme perfectionist when it comes to building (and I think he thought if he left it up to Maddox and I we would end up with missing limbs or something) he decided he should help us out.
And by help us out I mean do all the work while we uh…supervise?
Or daydream?
Or something.
Bella wasn’t a big fan of building a treehouse. I’m pretty sure it’s her cold that’s really got her down though. She’s more into whining instead of building when she has a cold.
Brooklyn watched from her stroller for about 5 minutes before she decided she needed to squirm her way out and attempt to conquer the hill in our yard that she has been completely obsessed with making her way down with no help at all for about two weeks.
She didn’t quite make it. Maybe next time Baby.

Aaaaw, Brooklyn! Good try baby girl, good try.
Cooool! A tree house! (Not a very high tree house, right?) Good thing Maddox is there to make sure it’s built just right. Bella will help decorate it when she feels better, I bet. I agree with Genny…Brooklyn’s a sweet tough little cookie!
What beautiful children!!!
